Thanks for working here Thursday: Audrey, Nutrition Services

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

After a 7-year career in software implementation, Audrey was looking for a more rewarding position that would provide her with a sense of meaning and accomplishment. To that end, this past November she joined the Nutrition Services Department as a Department Secretary. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), she hopes to use her education and experience “behind the scenes” to make a positive impact on our patients and guests. What Audrey likes most about working at CCH is the friendly and welcoming environment and support of her co-workers. She enjoys working on a great team and has a variety of tasks that keep her busy and engaged. No task is too big or too small for her to handle which might include anything from answering the phones, helping plan the cafeteria menu, procuring bids for new equipment, or making a sandwich or milkshake for a patient. We asked Audrey what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:

“To me excellence every day means I’m doing my job to the best of my ability and stepping in when a coworker or fellow employee needs help. I like to go home at the end of the day satisfied that I gave my all and contributed to our overall mission.”

Audrey, we appreciate all that you do for CCH employees and patients. We’re proud to have you on our team.

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
