Thanks for working here Thursday: Loretta Hardy, Human Resources

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Allow me to introduce Loretta Hardy, the Campbell County Health Benefits Administrator in Human Resources. Loretta has an Associates Degree in Business Information Systems and Accounting, and has been with CCH for 28 years. Employees are lucky to have Loretta here—she is very good at helping us navigate the often confusing world of health insurance, and makes sure employees understand and take advantage of the benefits that are available to us. We asked Loretta what she likes most about working for CCH, and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:

Working for Campbell County Health makes me feel like I'm a valued member of a team—it feels like family. I also like that I get to interact with all employees from all departments, help them with their benefits and feel as though I'm making a difference. I find that sometimes taking a little extra time with a person is all that's needed for a pleasant interaction.

To me, excellence every day means giving my very best to every customer and coworker and treating them the way I would want to be treated."

Loretta, thank you for providing excellent service to all of the employees at CCH. We appreciate you!

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
