Walk-in Clinic & Occupational Health Earns an Excellence Through Insight Award

GILLETTE, WY – The Campbell County Medical Group (CCMG) Walk-in Clinic & Occupational Health was recently recognized with an Excellence through Insight award for Overall Patient Experience in the CG-CAHPS database for Urgent Care centers by HealthStream, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSTM).

CCMG Walk-in Clinic & Occupational Health was awarded this honor for its commitment to excellence in patient care. To qualify for an award, a hospital must have been a patient satisfaction-tracking client of HealthStream in 2014, scored in the 75th percentile or higher, and surveyed a minimum of 100 patients. The Walk-in Clinic was chosen for receiving the highest ratings in Urgent Care clinic satisfaction from among HealthStream's clients, as well as exceeding industry standards. The award was based the improvement in ratings from 2013-2014, as compared to the 43 urgent care centers in the HealthStream client database.

The CCMG Walk-in Clinic & Occupational Health provides fast, convenient healthcare services to the whole family, and occupational health services to business and industry. The Walk-in Clinic is open seven days a week, and located across the hall from the Emergency Department.
