June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month

More than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's. 1 in 3 seniors dies with Alzheimer's or another form of dementia. The Alzheimer’s Association is working toward a time when we will have effective treatments, preventive strategies and gold-standard care for all people affected by Alzheimer's disease. Join their network of advocates, and they'll send you timely alerts to take simple actions that will help influence national policy and create widespread awareness of this devastating disease.

GET INVOLVED

On June 21 — the summer solstice — people from across the world will fight the darkness of Alzheimer's through a fundraising activity of their choice. If you’d like to participate, you can wear purple and choose one of the options below:

Become an Advocate: Make Alzheimer’s a national priority and create widespread awareness of this devastating disease.

Volunteer: Alzheimer’s Association volunteers are passionate, inspired, and making a difference in the fight to end Alzheimer's.
