Please be advised of the following Campbell County Health, Campbell County Medical Group and Campbell County Memorial Hospital Department and Service closures for the upcoming holidays:

Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24
Christmas, Monday, December 25
New Year’s Eve, Sunday, December 31
New Year’s Day, Monday, January 1

Emergency DEPT will be open 24 hours for health emergencies
The Walk-in Clinic Christmas Eve 12/24 -Last patient taken at 5:30pm. Christmas Day 12/25- Last patient taken at 1pm. New Year’s Day 01/01-Last patient taken at 5:30pm

CCH Accounting Department is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Administration is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Behavioral Health Services is closed on December 25 and January 1. On call crisis coverage is available 24/7.
CCH BioMed is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Cafeteria is open weekend hours December 24-25 and December 31-Jaunary 1. Breakfast: 8:30-9:30 am; Lunch: 12-1 pm; Dinner: 5:30-6:30 pm.
CCH Cardiac Cath Lab is closed December 25 and January 1
CCH Case Management is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Coffee Shoppe is closed, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
CCH Marketing & Communications and Volunteer Services are closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Customer Assistant-will be unavailable December 25 and January 1.
CCH Dialysis Center is open normal business hours for all days.
CCH Early Childhood Center is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Emergency Medical Services is open 24-hours every day for any health emergencies.
CCH Environmental Services is running on weekend staff for coverage on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
CCH Gift Shoppe will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Heptner Cancer Center: Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology/Infusion is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Home Health and Hospice is closed on December 25 and January 1. On call coverage is available
CCH Home Medical Resources is closed December 25 and January 1. On call coverage is available.
CCH Human Resources is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Information Technology Department is closed December 25 and January 1.
CCH Lab Services will be closed December 25 and January 1
CCH Materials Management is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Medical Records will be closed December 25 and January 1
CCH OCC Health (located inside the Walk-In) closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Patient Access (registration) will be closed on December 25 and January 1. Patient Access at the Emergency Department will be open both days.
CCH Patient Experience and Chaplain Services is closed on December 25 and January 1. On-call chaplain services are available.
CCH Patient Financial Services is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Professional Development is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Quality and Risk Management is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Radiology is closed for outpatient services on December 25 and January 1, with limited staff for emergencies.
CCH Rehabilitation Services is closed on December 25 and January 1. Rehab staff will care for wound care patients and inpatients at CCMH.
CCH Respiratory Therapy will be closed December 25 and January 1 during daytime hours.
CCH Sleep Center will be closed during daytime hoursnighttime sleep studies will still be performed)
CCH Surgical Services and the Cardiac Cath Lab is closed on December 25 and January 1.

CCMG Cardiology is closed on December 25 and January 1
CCMG ENT will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCMG Complex and Internal Medicine is closed on December 25 and January 1
CCMG Family Clinic Hulett is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCMG Kid Clinic is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCMG Main Clinic (Endocrinology, Family Medicine, Neurology, Pediatrics, and Urology) is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCMG Wright Clinic is closed on December 25 and from the afternoon of December 26 & 27. They will be closed January 1.
