Raspberry, Mango, & Peach Smoothie Bowl

Greek yogurt blended with fresh mango, topped with sliced peaches, fresh raspberries, sliced almonds, shredded coconut, and chia seeds.

Berries are some of the healthiest foods you can eat, as they’re low in calories but high in fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants. Many berries have proven benefits for heart health. These include lowering blood pressure and cholesterol while reducing oxidative stress.

Ingredients

6 lbs Mango

2 ¼ qt Plain Greek yogurt

3 cups Skim milk

¼ cup Vanilla extract

3 lbs Sliced peaches

1 qt Raspberries

¾ cup Sliced almonds

¾ cup Shredded coconut

2 tbsp Chia seeds

Preparation Steps

  1. Wash hands before beginning preparation and sanitize surfaces and equipment.
  2. Combine mango, yogurt, milk, and vanilla in a blender. Puree until smooth.
  3. Pour Smoothie into a bowl and top with peach slices, raspberries, almonds, coconut, and chia seeds.
