Often families and organizations choose to honor or remember their loved one or colleague with a commemorative gift to support Hospice. Donations are used to enhance the quality of life for hospice patients through activities, equipment, special meals, bereavement, and financial assistance for patients and families in need.
Here are a few helpful tips when making a gift:
Grateful patients and their families may wish to acknowledge the quality
care they received, but please remember that staff cannot accept gifts.
Instead, you may acknowledge your care team with a commemorative gift
in their honor.
