About Jacob
Jacob Rinker, MD, FACS, is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in general surgery. He currently sees patients at Wyoming Medical Associates in Gillette and Casper, Wyoming.
Dr. Rinker earned his Bachelor of Science in cell biology and neuroscience at Montana State University in Bozeman. He then received his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle before completing a general surgery internship at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
Dedicated to staying abreast of the latest advancements in his field, Dr. Rinker is a member of the American College of Surgeons and Wyoming Medical Society. He has given several presentations on his research throughout his career. He is also certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. In addition to serving patients at Wyoming Medical Associates, Dr. Rinker is currently a general surgeon at Campbell County Memorial Hospital in Gillette, Wyoming.
