CCMH Physician Appointed to Wyoming Advisory Committee

GILLETTE, WY – Congratulations to Dr. Daniela Gerard, who was recently appointed to the Wyoming Advisory Committee on Emergency Medicine by Governor Matt Mead. The committee serves in an advisory capacity to the State EMS Office in matters related to developing, implementing and improving the state’s Emergency Medical Service and Trauma Systems. Members have demonstrated an interest or involvement in emergency medical care or trauma system activities.
Dr. Gerard was appointed on behalf of the American College of Emergency Physicians. The other appointees are: Dr. Jim Anderson from Casper, EMTP; Dr. Geraldine Gardner from Cheyenne, representing the Wyoming Medical Society; Roger Hespe from Newscastle, EMT-O and Ambulance Owner/Operator; Cheryl Hewitt, RN from Jackson, Wyoming Nurse’s Association; Dr. Chris Krell from Kemmerer, representing the American Academy of Family Physicians and Dan Perdue, from Cheyenne, Wyoming Hospital Association.
Dr. Gerard is the Medical Director of CCMH Emergency Medical Services and is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
