As many of you know, Mr. Joe Hallock resigned this week from the CCMH Board of Trustees. As he moves on to pursue new challenges, I want to express my thanks for his service to CCMH and the community.
He was first appointed to the Board from 1999-2000, and then elected in 2004. In 2008 the Board was talking about the feasibility of building a new nursing home and we were on the brink of a $68 million expansion to the hospital. He took a deep personal interest in both these projects, serving on the Facilities committee and taking a personal interest in many of the details, from design through bidding and construction. I believe his attention to detail and diligence in shepherding the expansion helped make it a wonderful addition to our hospital that we see today.
We will miss Joe’s expertise and attention to detail, his thoughtful consideration, and his questions.
Thank you,
