CCH Launches Patient & Family Advisory Council—application due August 1

Campbell County Health (CCH) is launching its first Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) to bring together patients, family members and hospital staff in an ongoing effort to enhance the patient care experience.

The PFAC is a committee established by CCH for the specific goal of strengthening collaboration between patients and family members, and the health care team. Members of the PFAC will:

• provide feedback about the needs and experiences of patients and families
• help evaluate new programs, forms, and patient materials as well as proposed changes to existing programs, forms, and patient materials
• serve on various service-line committees and/or workgroups
