Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Meet Michelle, a Medical Equipment Specialist at Campbell County Health Home Medical Resources, which provides durable medical equipment, supplies and services. Michelle has been with CCH for nearly five years. Anyone who knows Michelle knows that she strives to make sure the patients that she cares for receive the best possible information and care that she can provide. She knows that the extra time she spends making sure a patient feels comfortable with their equipment can help make the patient happier and healthier.

We asked Michelle what she likes most about working at CCH and what Excellence Every Day means to her. Her response:

"What I like most about working at CCH are the opportunities that I have been given for myself and my family. Working at Home Medical Resources is challenging and rewarding – nothing is ever the same on a daily basis. Our department is always on the go, whether it's here in our office with walk in patients, working with other departments for patients that are being discharged from CCH, or we are out in the town delivering equipment to our patients' homes. It's definitely a busy work environment and there seems to never be a dull moment. Each employee in our department is definitely an asset to our HMR team and we all strive for that excellence with each patient/customer.

To me, Excellence Every Day means that I'm striving for nothing but the best quality care for our patients, customers, and co-workers by presentation, knowledge, attitude, respect and representing CCH as a whole."
