Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.
Say hello to Elise, RN, in the Quality, Patient Safety & Risk Department. The Quality department has a hefty task as they advise and update healthcare professionals on current healthcare regulatory issues and support accreditation and re-accreditation of departments and/or services. They also support risk management functions such as loss prevention and help resolve patient and safety issues. In this department Elise is a Quality Nurse Reviewer, which means that she assists the organizations leaders and staff with achieving accreditation and other quality measures so CCH can achieve the best patient care possible. Elise has been with CCH for five years, and her colleagues will tell you she is a joy to work with. She’s also an amazing quilter (check out the work that’s hanging behind her picture!) We asked Elise what inspired her to work in healthcare and what she likes most about working for CCH. Check out her response:
“Nursing was a good fit for me. I knew going in that the nursing profession had many opportunities to be a positive influence in other peoples’ lives, and that is what I wanted to do.
At CCH, I am privileged to work with very talented medical staff, managers and clinical employees. Since we offer a wide scope of services to our community, I enjoy being a part of an organization of such caring professionals.”
Elise, thank you for always doing the best that you can to serve others. We are proud to have you on our team.
