Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.
Meet Jake, a Desktop Analyst in CCH's Information Systems department, which helps the organization provide safe and efficient patient care through information technology. Jake has an associate in computer systems and a bachelors in information security—he’s been working in the IT realm for nearly 10 years, and has been with CCH for just over a year. He was born in Gillette, and his family moved in 1988—he lived in Denver for 15 years prior to his move back to the area. As a desktop analyst, Jake spends a lot of time building and fixing computers, but he also helps staff with software and other systems they may need to use. He is someone who will go the extra mile to make sure your computer system is working properly for you. For example, when a surgeon had some concerns about a system, Jake gowned up and was in the operating room through the procedure to make sure the surgeon was satisfied with how it worked.
We asked Jake what he likes most about working at CCH and what Excellence Every Day means to him. His response:
“I’m part of a great team of professionals here at CCH. Everyone has a lot going on, and yet we all find time to help one another when we can.
To me, excellence every day means that I’m doing my very best to support the staff who help our patients the best that they can.”
We appreciate your dedication to your job, Jake, and for always going the extra mile to make sure we truly understand how to use the technology at CCH effectively and efficiently.
Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or show you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
