CCMH busy with leaplings!

One Leap Day baby is amazing, but there were SIX leap day babies born at CCMH on Monday, February 29!

"It was busy day but half a dozen leap year births is not surprising when we have had already had 134 births this year" said Josie LeMaster, Maternal Child Director when asked if they were busy on Leap Day.

Baby Boy McInerney was the first leapling born at 12:22 pm. Baby Boy Leisy was the second leapling born at 1:08 pm, followed shortly by Baby Girl Serrano born at 1:30 pm. Baby Girl Slocum was born at 5:47 pm and the final leapling Baby Boy Entel was born at 7:55 pm. The sixth requested not to be mentioned.
