Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.
Allow me to introduce Patricia Jacobsen, Coordinator at the CCMH Coffee Shoppe, which is part of the Nutrition Services Department. Pat has been with CCH for over eight years, but her experience with crafting and serving an excellent cup of coffee didn't begin at CCH. She actually helped to open the Gillette Starbucks store in April 2007 before joining CCH to help launch the Coffee Shoppe. She loves being a member of the Coffee Shoppe for the camaraderie that's shared among the small team of staff. Some of her regular customers tell us Pat's always ready with a big smile and helpful suggestions to make every visit to the Coffee Shop a personalized experience. When asked what she likes best about her job at CCH, she responded, "I go to work and visit with friends all day." It's this customer-centric attitude that makes Pat the kind of person you want to see each day when you visit the Coffee Shoppe. We asked Pat what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:
"Excellence every day means you anticipate the needs of customers before they ask and try to connect no matter what their need, even if it's not coffee but maybe they're worried, lost or looking for the valet."
Pat, thanks for working here and for the gracious way you host your customers and friends at the Coffee Shoppe.
