Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.
Meet Shawn Reznicek, the Collection Supervisor in Patient Accounting at Campbell County Health. Shawn has been with CCH for the past two years, and is attending Gillette College to receive an Associate’s Degree in Business. There are many aspects to helping people in healthcare, according to Shawn. “While most people wouldn’t consider collections a way of helping patients, CCH offers many programs to help people pay their bills. People don’t wake up one day planning to be sick and for someone who has been in that position, I enjoy being able to guide people through their financial hardships,” she says. We asked Shawn what she likes most about working for CCH, and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:
“I enjoy knowing that we all are working toward the common goal of helping every patient, no matter what position we hold. Here in Patient Accounting, we have a fantastic team, and take pride in helping every person who walks through our doors. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly—and I am very lucky to be a part of that team.
Health care bills can be very overwhelming. Excellence Every Day to me means helping people not only understand the billing, but going above and beyond to help find them a solution that meets their needs.”
Shawn, thank you for helping our patients find financial solutions. We appreciate you.
