Nominees announced for CCHCF's Outstanding Healthcare Awards

The Campbell County Healthcare Foundation (CCHCF) has released the names of the Outstanding Healthcare Award Nominees for 2017. For those who don’t know, this award honors those who have made a significant impact in the community through leadership, community service, professional development and dedication. Nominees include:
- Dr. Angela Biggs, FACOG, Summit OBGYN PC
- Christine Clouston, DPT, Gillette Physical Therapy
- Fur Kids Foundation
- Alicia LePard, NP, High Desert Healthcare, LLC
- Sara Law, Powder River Pain Clinic
- Rick McElroy, Vice President (retired) First National Bank, Former CCHCF Chair
- David Porter, DDS, Synergy Dental Center
- Bruce Roosa, Campbell County Health (CCH) Volunteer, The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center Advisory Board member and Caregiver Support Group leader
- Donnell Standifer, CCH Home Health and Hospice Social Service Worker
- Deb Tonn, CCH Vice President of Patient Care
Nominees will be honored at the Black Cat Ball on Saturday, September 23 starting at 6 pm at CAM-PLEX Energy Hall. Tickets are $150 per person. For those who don't know, the Campbell County Healthcare Foundation began in 1975 after a group of community leaders came together to discuss funding the education of young people interested in healthcare careers. Since then, the CCHCF has contributed more than $2,000,000 in scholarships and grants to people and projects throughout our communities. It is the umbrella organization for the following:
- Cancer Care Committee
- Close to Home Hospice Hospitality House
- Festival of Trees fundraising committee
- Hospice Advisory Board
- Sports Screening Committee
- Scholarship Committee
- The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center Advisory Board
- VIP Project (Vaccine for Influenza Prevention) committee
