Fastpitch team brings wicked good cheer to residents

On December 23, Wicked 307, nonprofit fastpitch softball organization, brought some holiday cheer to the residents at The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center.

Earlier, the team had selected some residents off of the Secret Santa Tree, and purchased gifts for them—they also had selected names off of the Veteran’s tree. On December 23, the team spent time at The Legacy handing out the gifts and enjoying goodies and good conversation with the residents.

“Our motto is ‘Taking Care of Home Base,’” says president Leland Kaul. “Wicked 307 not only strives to teach these young ladies about softball, but also about life and community. We require that the players do community service as part of their training for life on the field and off.”
