Thanks for working here Thursday: Teidra Arbach, CCH Information Technology

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Allow us to introduce Teidra Arbach, a Financial Analyst in the CCH Information Technology department. Teidra has an Associates of Arts in Information Technology and she is currently working on earning her bachelor’s degree in in Information Technology with a Concentration in Health Systems. She’s worked at CCH for six years.

Teidra was born in Newcastle but raised in a small town in Washington, and also lived in California for six years, and she believes that Gillette is “by far one of the best communities I have lived in!”

When Teidra took the job with CCH, she had never thought of working at a health care system before. “I was looking to find a way to better myself and move into a career that I would enjoy,” she said. “After working at CCH, I realized that working with people and different groups of people is inspiring and fun.”

When asked about her health care hero, Teidra says, “I don’t believe I have one specific healthcare hero, I believe that all the men and women who work to serve others and save lives are heroes in their own right and are inspiring.”

When Teidra is not at work, she enjoys spending time at home with her two children and husband. “We enjoy going to the Ice Cream Café, visiting the park, watching cartoons, and reading,” she says. We asked Teidra what she likes most about working at CCH, and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:

“I feel the most pride when I am able to learn, be it from co-workers or end-users. I enjoy being able to expand my knowledge base definitely when I am able to use that knowledge in my day to day routine at CCH. I enjoy the constant change, in IT we are always pushing out new technology or coming across new problems and I thrive in the ever changing environment.

For me, excellence every day means striving to be the best version of yourself for others and to put their needs before your own.”
