Main Clinic updates phone system

We’ve made some changes at the Campbell County Medical Group’s Main Clinic to help improve our service to you. Effective February 15, 2018, we will implement a new process to answer your phone calls more quickly, consistently and efficiently to make sure you reach the right provider for the services you request.

When you call the Main Clinic primary phone number, 307.688.3636, callers will be prompted to contact the specific practice they’re looking for within the clinic.

Here is a list of the prompts and the options you’ll hear when you call:

• Press (4) to reach Dr. Nahida Khan (Internal Medicine)
• Press (5) to reach Dr. Nathan Tracey and Julie Jones (Family Medicine)
• Press (7) to reach Dr. Attila Barabas (Urology)
• Press (0) for all other calls

Please understand that there may be occasions when your call may be routed to voicemail if the scheduling specialist assigned to your provider is assisting another patient. Please leave a voicemail and you can feel confident in receiving a return call in a timely manner. We have implemented this new process to provide you with a consistent, knowledgeable and personalized experience each time you call our office. Our scheduling specialists have extensive training in all the scheduling and support aspects of their assigned providers’ practice and services.
