Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.
Meet Robert A. LeMaster, who works in Campbell County Health Environmental Services at The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center. Robert has been with CCH for the last four years, and has worked in EVS for the three and a half, but he’s worked in health care for 10 years. Environmental & Linen Services is an essential department to all of CCH as it supports patient care by providing a clean, safe and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff.
Robert says he finds inspiration in his job from the people he serves. “I love working with the residents at The Legacy. They are great.”
When Robert isn’t working, he jokingly says that he enjoys cleaning his house! But, in all seriousness, he loves going to craft shows in Rapid City, SD; Billings, Mont.; and Cody, Wyo., which is his favorite. “I also enjoy trying all the exciting things to do in this area. And, I love going to Cody when I’m not busy,” Robert says.
We asked Robert what excellence every day means to him and what he likes most about his job. Check out his response:
“I love my job and being part of a great team that is able to help the community. I feel the most proud when a resident tells me that they appreciate what I’ve done for them. It makes me feel good to help them.
Excellence every day means that I try my best, and continue to do a better job each day.”
Thank you Robert, for helping CCH take such great care of the residents and patients at The Legacy. We are proud to have you on our team!
