Where to pay my CCH bill?

Patient Financial Services manages the Campbell County Memorial Hospital (CCMH), Campbell County Medical Group Clinics, Home Health and Hospice, and Home Medical Resources billing. This department makes it easier for patients at the hospital and the clinics to pay nearly all their bills in one location. Pay bills at CCH the following ways:

• Online: Pay your CCH bill online from the convenience of your home 24/7. Please have a copy of your current statement available. Visit www.cchwyo.org/billpay
• By Phone: Call 307.688.1482. Please have a copy of your current statement available.
• In person: Patient Financial Services is located at 900 W. Eighth Street in Gillette, Wyoming. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm MT. Patients may still submit payment for bills at the CCMH Operator Office in the Main Lobby (often referred to as PBX) at 501 S. Burma Avenue in Gillette, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm.

What services are on your CCH statement?
If you have certain tests or treatments with Campbell County Health, you may receive bills for professional services rendered by doctors who diagnose and interpret test results. The Laboratory, pathologists, radiologists, surgeons, and other specialists perform these services and are required to submit separate bills. You may also receive separate bills from the following services:

• Behavioral Health Services
• Home Medical Resources
• Wyoming Orthopedics & Spine
• Powder River Surgery Center
• The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center
