Thanks for working here this week: Jamie Mooney, Employee Safety Coordinator

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.
Introducing Jamie Mooney, the Employee Safety Coordinator with the CCH Professional Development, Infection Prevention and Employee Health and Safety department in Gillette, Wyoming. Jamie has a bachelor’s in science in Occupational Safety and Health and has worked for CCH for 17 years, but has been in healthcare for nearly 20 years. As a safety coordinator, Jamie develops and coordinates health and safety programs and processes for the organization.
When Jamie isn’t keeping our staff safe, you can find her spending time with her family (husband, kids, and dogs), hanging out at home baking and cooking, or playing board games. “We have quite the competition going when it comes to board games! We also enjoy traveling, camping, fishing, and working on our family ranch,” she says.
We asked Jamie what she likes most about working for CCH, and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:
“We have a great team! This last year has been crazy but the atmosphere in our department remained upbeat and everyone jumped in when help was needed.
In a nutshell, ‘Excellence Every Day’ is following the Golden Rule; treat others how you’d like to be treated. Every day, multiple times a day, we have a choice to make in how we treat others—patients, visitors, coworkers, etc. Excellence Every Day means we choose to treat others with compassion, dignity, and respect despite the situation or what we have going on in our personal and/or professional lives.”
Thank you, Jamie for keeping CCH employees safe. We appreciate you!
