Newcastle Ambulance Service now part of CCH

Today the Newcastle Ambulance Service and its crew became part of the Campbell County Health team.

When members in the Newcastle community are picked by an Emergency Medical Services crew and put into an ambulance, a CCH professional will take care of them.

CCH will provide paramedic-level EMS services in Newcastle and Weston County 24 hours a day. CCH will continue to provide transfer services to other care centers with the ability to care for critically ill or injured patients en route.

CCH will also offer car seat checks and installations by certified car seat technicians, offer EMS classes and training, and provide standby services for community events. CCH looks forward to continuing the relationship with the City of Newcastle, Weston County, and Custer County, SD, and building new relationships with community members.
