Thanks for working here this week: Thomas Andrew, PT, DPT, Rehabilitation Services

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Allow us to introduce Thomas Andrew, PT, DPT, a physical therapist at Rehabilitation Services in Gillette, Wyoming. Thomas earned his degrees from Midwestern University and the University of Wyoming. He’s been with CCH for just over one year. If you didn’t know, Rehabilitation Services provides physical therapy and occupational rehabilitation care in the Northeast Wyoming region.

Thomas became a PT because he was involved in sports as a teenager and experienced several injuries that required physical therapy treatment. “I enjoyed being in an environment where my care was front and center. My healthcare team always included me in decision making while helping me return to doing what I loved. I knew from that point on that I wanted to create that same environment for patients under my own care one day,” he says.

When he’s not at work, Thomas says that he enjoys watching movies, spend time with family and friends, and being active—he likes to run and hike. Right now, he’s also working hard on planning his next Disney vacation.

We asked Thomas what he likes most about CCH, and what excellence every day means to him. Check out his response:

“I enjoy working in an environment with so many varying specialties. The variety allows me to learn and improve upon several skills rather than focusing on one aspect of physical therapy. I strive to use a multi-specialty approach as part of a team when treating clients, and working in Rehab services allows me to do just that.

For me, Excellence Every Day means providing the best possible care to every client I work with. I am constantly looking for ways to improve my skills as a healthcare professional. Every interaction with a client or coworker is done with the purpose of ensuring their time with me is memorable and uplifting.”

Thank you, Thomas, for providing the best possible care to our patients. We are proud to have you on our team.
