Campbell County Health to Give Retention Bonuses to Employees

Campbell County Health is proud to announce that it will use the majority of $2.9 million in additional CARE Acts funding for an employee retention bonus for full and part-time staff. As our community knows, the last two years have taken an incredible toll on healthcare workers. They have been both the first and last line of defense in the treatment of COVID-19. With a new wave of COVID-19 cases expected in the next several weeks, CCH Leadership made a decision to show appreciation to staff members through the use of the CARES Act funds.

"Our employees are highly valued, critical members of both CCH and the community-at-large,” said Interim CEO Jerry Klein. “The Board and Administration are saying that they matter and their work keeps our community healthy. These retention bonuses are a small token of our appreciation for what they have done and continue to do for our patients and community."

Employees who choose to participate by committing to employment at CCH for one year will receive a retention bonus of 6% of the mid-point of their salary range, roughly equal to 125 hours worked.

CCH is also hiring for clinical and nonclinical positions. As the most comprehensive healthcare provider in the state of Wyoming, we are dedicated to Excellence Every Day—providing great benefits, educational assistance, patient-focused resources, professional development, childcare, a vibrant community and work/life balance. We offer competitive salaries and benefits, sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance for some positions. See our open positions at https://www.cchwyo.org/careers/.
