National Physical Fitness & Sports Month

Let’s Move This May!
Campbell County Health Rehabilitation Services provides the most comprehensive physical therapy and occupational rehabilitation care in the Northeast Wyoming region. And together with the US Department of Health and Human Services we want to recognize National Physical Fitness & Sports Month.
The Month of May provides another opportunity to celebrate and promote physical activity and the benefits of sports participation.
Physical activity is key to maintaining health and well-being. Getting active can improve fitness and reduce stress, reduce risk for many chronic diseases, and ease symptoms of anxiety and depression. Youth sports can help kids and teens get active and develop leadership, time management, and relationship-building skills.
Recovery from an injury or debilitating condition requires hard work and commitment. Our compassionate and experienced staff helps each patient, in a team-oriented atmosphere, reach their goals. Therapists and patients form a partnership and set goals together.
Physical therapists from Rehabilitation Services strive to help you reach your goals and function at your optimal level, whether you are at home or at work. To receive care, a physician referral is recommended.
