Meet the Staff: CCH’s Health and Wellness

Campbell County Health and Wellness Screenings is a low-cost testing center that makes healthcare easy and affordable. If you have visited the Health and Wellness before, you might recognize our amazing staff that make CCH number one for healthcare!

Nikki Cotton, PBT (ASCP)

Nikki is our health screenings/blood draw coordinator and is one of two staff members at the Health and Wellness Screenings Clinic. She has been with CCH since 2016. Nikki is originally from Rapid City, SD but moved to Wyoming 14 years ago. She enjoys nature and has a ranch outside of Gillette.

Nikki is an ASCP Certified Phlebotomist and CNA. She has been in the medical field since 2004. Her hobbies include motorcycle riding, snowmobiling, hunting, calving season, mountain adventures and going on trips with her dog, Pepper. Pepper is pictured above hanging out with Nikki.

Nikki stated “I enjoy working for the CCH Community Wellness and helping the community with affordable, preventative care. We are fortunate to have this program here for the community. I enjoy getting to know our returning patients and meeting the new ones. Working in our clinic is like working with family. Katie and I make a great team and make sure to provide exceptional customer service and have fun with our patients.”

Katie Johnson, PBT & Front Desk

Katie is the second staff member at the Health and Wellness. She is a phlebotomist and manages the front desk at our clinic here in Gillette. She has been in the medical field for 3 years now. Katie is originally from Colorado but has lived in Wyoming for 5 years.

During her free time, she enjoys riding and showing her horse (pictured above with Katie), as well as traveling to the beach.

She states, “My favorite part about my career at the clinic is working with my co-worker Nikki, (we make a great team together) and getting to know and build relationships with our returning and new clients. I believe the best customer service is treating others the way you want to be treated. I value CCH for what they offer as a rural hospital. We are fortunate to be able to have the services we do for the location we are at.”
