Staff will ask questions to better understand the patient's particular situation, such as the layout of the home, what type of equipment they will be using and how long they will be using the equipment.

The types of medical equipment that can be purchased or rented vary according to need. Some examples are shower chairs, walkers, canes, wheelchairs, breast pumps, ventilators, and hospital beds. This medical equipment is suggested or recommended by your healthcare provider.

Using home medical equipment can be stressful.
