Thanks for Working Here This Week: Erica Radillo Registration Specialist at Main Clinic Urology and Neurology

Meet Erica Radillo, Registration Specialist at the Main Clinic, Urology and Neurology. She’s been at CCH less than a year, but loves being able to help others, talking to people and helping them on their medical journey.

Erica has already gone above and beyond her normal duties in her short time at CCH. She recently volunteered to appear in a video showcasing primary care at CCH and how building a relationship with a primary care provider can keep the whole family healthy.

Erica’s mom is her healthcare hero. Says Erica, “She didn’t start school until later in life and has accomplished so much!”

Erica feels pride in her work when patients are happy and they are taken care of. When they express their appreciation, she knows she has made a difference. She credits her coworkers with having the best team environment where everyone feels accepted.

“To me, Excellence Every Day means putting your best foot forward to make a positive difference in other people’s lives.”

When she’s not working Erica loves playing disc golf, cooking, and eating. She also enjoys exploring new places and taking road trips.
