Thanks for Working Here This Week: Hailey Ott Registration Specialist at the Walk-in Clinic

Meet Hailey Ott, Registration Specialist at the Walk-in Clinic. Hailey is the first face patients see when they enter the clinic and begin their visit. She has worked at CCH for only eight months, but says she is grateful every day to be working at a facility with so many opportunities to grow as a team member.

Hailey says, “The Walk-In Clinic feels like a family. We all care for and take care of each other. I am blessed every single day to work with the group of people that I do. I also like the fast pace of the Walk-In Clinic. You never know what the day is going to bring and it always keeps you on your toes.”

When asked what Excellence Every Day means to Hailey, she says, ‘It means to treat every patient with compassion and understanding when they come into our clinic. Most people that come in are either sick or hurting, and greeting them when they come through our doors with immediate understanding and compassion can ease anxiety and set the tone for the patient’s entire visit. Every day at the Walk-In Clinic, we are striving to be better than yesterday. When we have that mindset, people notice and have confidence in us and the clinic.”

Hailey says that every single nurse, provider, and support staff genuinely cares about each and every patient that comes in.

When she’s not at work, Hailey enjoys spending time with her husband, Corey, and their two Corgis, Atlas and Iris. They enjoy camping, hiking, and fishing.

“We are also expecting their first little girl this October, and so much of our time is spent preparing for her,” said Hailey. “We are beyond excited and cannot wait to meet her!”
