#1.CNA (Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center)
Job summary
Working in conjunction with the Administrative Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, RN and LPN, the CNA position is not for the faint of heart. The Certified Nursing Assistant role performs a variety of basic resident care activities in caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. The CNA works under the direction of a licensed nurse who must follow the principles of delegation. CNA work is reflective of CCH mission, vision and values. The CNA will integrate departmental goals for improvement across the care continuum. The CNA practices within the framework of the Wyoming Nurse Practice Act, Wyoming Department of Health and CMS guidelines.
Job Duties
Some job duties include but are not limited to: Assisting with basic patient care and ADL’s according to plan of care, assisting with admission, discharge and transfer of residents, and observing residents and reporting unusual conditions and/or responses to Change Nurse of respective units.
Someone interested in this role should be a graduate of a state or board approved training program, must have a current unencumbered Wyoming CNA license and must register with Wyoming Department of Health CNA Abuse Registry. Experience in long-term care/skilled nursing facility preferred.

#2. REGISTRATION/CASHIER SPECIALIST
Job Summary
This position is open part-time and dependent on clinic needs for Campbell County Medical Group Administration and CCMG Neurology. Working under the supervision of the Clinic Manager and (if applicable) Front Office Supervisor. The Registration/Cashier Specialist performs detailed, accurate registration and scheduling of all patients to assure smooth workflow and productivity for staff and providers while maintaining the integrity of the demographic information of the patient, insured, guarantor and insurance company. This role displays a broad understanding of clinic function and flow as well as issues relevant to the comfort and care of patients during clinic encounters.
Job Duties
Answering all incoming calls, responding in a timely and professional manner to callers and ensuring superior ongoing patient satisfaction and customer service are just a few of the day-to-day duties of someone who will excel in this role. A high school diploma or GED is required along with any additional certifications required for a particular clinic.

#3. PHLEBOTOMIST
Job Summary
This clinical, non-nursing role works under the supervision of the lab manager. Responsible for obtaining a variety of specimens from patients of all ages using a variety of collection techniques. Responsible for performing limited testing, processing send out specimens, maintaining and receiving supplies. Performs quality control, preventative maintenance, trains new employees, takes part in continuing education and maintains positive interpersonal relationships. Types department policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Duties
The phlebotomist performs positive patient identification and labels specimens appropriately, completely and accurately. They also obtain adequate blood specimens in a timely manner by venous or capillary puncture on pationes of all ages without undue stress or injury to the patient while adhering to universal precaution procedures.
Someone in this role will have a high school diploma or GED and be well versed in medical terminology. They must obtain their PBT certification within 2 years of employment.

#4. ACCOUNTING CLERK II A/P
Job Summary
An Accounting Clerk works under the supervision of the Controller, providing accurate and timely payment of CCMH accounts payable and assists with general ledger responsibilities. This position performs other duties as assigned.
Job Duties
The Accounting Clerk should be fully cross-trained in payroll and can perform all payroll duties. This role should provide internal customer service by answering employee/vendor inquiries and resolving any discrepancies as well as oversee the day-to-day operation of the account payable area utilizing available resources to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma and a minimum or 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting and bookkeeping experience. The Accounting Clerk should be able to type and speak clearly and have the ability to operate a computer and enter data. #5. COUNSELOR III
Job Summary
CCMG is looking for a counselor to join their Kid Clinic location. The Counselor lll works under the supervision of the Practice Manager and Clinical Supervisor to provide services to individuals, families, and groups. This role will perform assessments, tests and evaluations for clients, provide psychotherapy, consultation, and psycho educational services to a diverse population. They will also provide community education and consultations, and participate in treatment teams.
Job Duties
You would be a perfect fit for this role if you: adhere to the standards of Wyoming Professional License and the rules and regulation for professional standards, are actively engaged in the department by solving problems, participating in strategic planning and contributing positively to workplace morale. This role will strive to achieve a minimum productivity of 90% while working positively and collaboratively with courts, law enforcement, physicians, hospital staff, DFS, probation officers, CCSD and other applicable community agencies. The Counselor lll must have a masters degree in a mental health discipline or related field.
