Bill Rice and his wife, Cynde have raised 5 children while living in Gillette for the past 40 years.
Bill received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nova Southwest.
Bill was employed with Campbell County Health for 26 years before retiring in 2020. Bill was the manager of Rehabilitation Services, Occupational Health, Wellness, and Case Management. Bill Served as the Director of Clinic Operations for the WIC, Wright Clinic, Kids Clinic, and Audiology.
Bill served 8 years on the Campbell County School board, 4 years on the WY High School Activities Association and two terms on the WY Miners Hospital Board.
Bill enjoys working out and spending time with his wife visiting their children and attending their 19 grandchildren’s various activities in Gillette, Omaha NE and Austin TX.
Bill serves on the Finance Committee, Community Behavioral Health Steering Committee and the Wright Advisory Board.
