CCH Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

Please be advised of the following Department and Service hours adjustments and closures in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday (Wednesday, November 22nd, Thursday, November 23rd, and Friday, November 24th).

If you have questions, please call 307.688.1000. The Walk-In Clinic will take the last patient at 1 pm on Thanksgiving Day and resume normal business hours on Friday.

If you have a medical emergency, please call 911. If you are in crisis and need to talk with a counselor, please call 307-688-5555 or call or text 988.

Campbell County Health

· CCH Administration will be closed Thursday and Friday.

· CCH Accounting Department is closing at 12 pm on Wednesday, November 22nd, and is closed on Thursday and Friday

· CCH Behavioral Health Services is closed on Thursday and Friday. On call crisis coverage is available 24/7

· CCH Cardiac Cath Lab is closed on Thursday and Friday

· CCH Case Management is closed on Thursday and Friday

· CCH Chaplain Services available on-call

· CCH Early Childhood Center is closed on Thursday, and normal business hours on Friday (no drop-in, non-working time availability)

· CCH Emergency Medical Services is open 24-hours every day for any health emergencies

· CCH Gift Shoppe is closed on Thursday and Friday

· CCH Heptner Cancer Center: Radiation Oncology is closed Thursday and Friday. Medical Oncology/Infusion is closed Thursday and open from 7:30-10 am on Friday for limited infusions, hydrations and antibiotics that are already scheduled, no chemo treatments.

· CCH Home Health and Hospice is closed on Thursday, on call coverage is available; resume normal business hours on Friday.

· CCH Home Medical Resources office is closed Thursday and Friday. On call coverage is available for emergencies.

· CCH Human Resources is open until 12 pm on Wednesday, November 22nd, and is closed on Thursday and Friday.

· CCH IT will be closed Thursday and Friday

· CCH Laboratory is closed on Thursday and open from 7 am-4:30 pm on Friday.

· CCH Marketing and Volunteer Services are closed Thursday and Friday

· CCH Materials Management is closed Thursday

· CCH Occupational Health (located in the Walk-in Clinic) is closed Thursday and Friday

· CCH Patient Access (Registration), near the main entrance of CCMH, is closed on Thursday; they will be open from 7 am-noon on Friday. Patient Access at the Emergency Department is open both days.

· CCH Patient Financial Services will close at 2 pm Wednesday, is closed on Thursday and will close at 2 pm on Friday

· CCH Medical Records is closed Thursday and Friday

· CCH Patient Experience is closed Thursday and Friday

· CCH Pharmacy is open normal hours Thursday-Sunday. Pharmacist will be on call and all after hour orders will be verified by our tele-pharmacy. Tele pharmacy is also available for any inpatient medication related questions.

· CCH Customer Assistance will not be available on Thursday, Friday services available 6am-2:30pm

· CCH Professional Development offices are closed Thursday and Friday

· CCH Radiology has normal business hours on Wednesday, is closed for outpatient services on Thursday with limited staff for emergencies. Open 7 am-12 pm on Friday November 24th.

· CCH Quality and Risk Management closes at 2 pm on Wednesday, November 22nd and is closed Thursday and Friday

· CCH Rehabilitation Services is closed on Thursday and Friday for outpatient. Rehab staff will care for wound care patients and inpatients at CCH.

· CCH Respiratory Therapy Outpatient: Closed Thursday and Friday during daytime hours.

· CCH Sleep Center Closed Wednesday November 22nd - Friday November 24th during daytime hours (night-time sleeps studies will still be performed.)

· CCH Surgical Services is closed Thursday and Friday except for emergencies

· CCMG Cardiology is closed on Thursday and Friday

· CCMG ENT is Closed Thursday and Friday

· CCMG Family Clinic in Hulett is closed Thursday and Friday

· CCMG Main Clinic (Endocrinology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Urology) is closed Thursday and Friday

· CCMG Third Floor Clinics (Diabetes Education; Nephrology and Complex Medicine; and Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine, Monoclonal antibody clinic) is closed on Thursday and Friday

· CCMG Kid Clinic is closed Thursday and Friday

· CCMG Walk-in Clinic will see last patient at 1 pm on Thanksgiving Day and resume normal business hours on Friday

· CCMG Wright Clinic is closed on Thursday and Friday
