Please be advised of the following Department and Service hours adjustments and closures in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s Holidays 2024.

Christmas Eve, Tuesday, December 24
Christmas, Wednesday, December 25
New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31
New Year’s Day, Wednesday, January 1
Emergency DEPT will be open 24 hours for health emergencies
If you have a medical emergency, please call 911.
If you are in a crisis and need to talk with a counselor, please call 307-688-5555, or call or text 988. 
The Walk-in Clinic Christmas Eve 12/24, 8am-6pm with last patient taken at 5:30pm Christmas Day 12/25, 8am-1pm with last patient taken at 1pm

New Year’s Eve 12/31, 8am-8pm with last patient taken at 7:30pm

New Year’s Day 01/01, 8am- 6pm with last patient taken at 5:30pm

Campbell County Health Service Hours

CCH Accounting Department is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Administration is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Behavioral Health Services is closed on December 25 and January 1. On call crisis coverage is available 24/7.
CCH BioMed is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Cafeteria is open weekend hours December 25 and January 1. Breakfast: 8:30-9:30 am; Lunch: 12-1 pm; Dinner: 5:30-6:30 pm.
CCH Cardiac Cath Lab is closed December 25 and January 1.
CCH Case Management is will close at 12:00pm on December 24^th and will be closed on December 25^th. Case management will close at 12:00pm on December 31^st and will be closed on January 1^st.
CCH Chaplain Services available on-call.
CCH Coffee Shoppe is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Community Relations and Volunteer Services will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Customer Assistant will be unavailable December 25 and January 1.
CCH Dialysis Center is open normal business hours for all days.
CCH Early Childhood Center is closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Emergency Medical Services is open 24-hours every day for any health emergencies.
CCH Environmental Services is running on weekend staff for coverage on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
CCH Gift Shoppe will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Heptner Cancer Center Medical Oncology/Infusion will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Heptner Cancer Center Radiation Oncology will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Home Health and Hospice will be closed on December 24^th and 25^th as well as December 31^st and January 1^st. On-call RN coverage is available for current patients.
CCH Home Medical Resources will be closing at 2:00pm on December 24^th and will be closed December 25 and January 1. On-call coverage is available.
CCH Human Resources will be closed at 12:00pm on December 24^th and will be closed on December 25. HR will be closed at 2:00pm on December 31^st and will be closed on January 1st.
CCH Information Technology Department will be closing at 1:00pm tomorrow and will be closed December 25 and January 1. On-call support will be available.
CCH Lab Services will be closed December 25 and January 1
CCH Materials Management will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Medical Records will be closing at 2:00pm on December 24^th and will be closed December 25 and January 1
CCH OCC Health (located inside the Walk-In) will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Patient Access (registration) will be closing at 2:00pm on December 24^th and will be closed on December 25 and January 1. Patient Access at the Emergency Department will be open both days.
CCH Patient Experience will be closing early December 24^th and will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Patient Financial Services will be closing at 2:00pm on December 24^th and will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Pharmacy will be open normal business hours. Pharmacists will be on-call and all after hours orders will be verified by tele-pharmacy. Tele- pharmacy also available for any inpatient medication related questions.
CCH Professional Development will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Quality and Risk Management will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH Radiology will close at 1:00pm on December 24^th and will be closed for outpatient services on December 25^th and January 1^st, with limited staff for emergencies.
CCH Rehabilitation Services will be closed on December 25 and January 1. Rehab staff will care for wound care patients and inpatients at CCH.
CCH Respiratory Therapy will be closed December 25 and January 1 during daytime hours. No outpatient testing or administrative support on either day.
CCH Sleep Center will be closed during daytime hours. Nighttime sleep studies will still be performed.
CCH Surgical Services and the Cardiac Cath Lab will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCH WYOS will be closed December 24^th and 25^th. WYOS will be closed at 12:00pm on December 31^st and closed on January 1.

Campbell County Medical Group Service Hours

CCMG Cardiology will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCMG Family Clinic Hulett will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCMG Main Clinic (Family Practice, Geriatrics, Urology, Pediatrics, ENT and Neurology) will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCMG Third Floor Clinics will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCMG Kid Clinic will be closed on December 25 and January 1.
CCMG Wright Clinic will be closed on December 25^th, 26^th and 27^th and will also be closed January 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd.
