GILLETTE, Wyo. - June 26, 2024 - Campbell County Medical Group (CCMG) is excited to announce the addition of Stacy Lepsch, APRN, to its Complex and Internal Medicine team as a nurse practitioner. Originally from Iowa, Lepsch brings a wealth of experience and a passion for healthcare to our community. Wanting to move further west to a more rural community, she considered other areas before ultimately finding her new home in Gillette, Wyoming.
“The Complex Medicine group here [at CCMG] felt unique and like a family,” Lepsch shared. “This setup of the clinic being inside the hospital also makes it very accessible to patients, which I really liked.”
Lepsch has been a nurse practitioner for five years, following a long and distinguished career in healthcare. Her journey began as a medical assistant (MA), then as a registered nurse (RN), before she earned her master’s degree in nursing education. For ten years, she taught nursing in an undergraduate nursing school setting. Lepsch’s students would graduate and go on to become nurse practitioners, which encouraged her to do the same.
Her dedication to healthcare stems from a lifelong interest in disease pathophysiology and a deep desire to help others. “I enjoy helping people feel better – physically, mentally, spiritually – because life is amazing and I want people to experience that,” Lepsch explained.
Her experience as an educator has equipped her with the unique ability to engage her patients in their own health journeys. “I spend time with my patients and get them invested in their health because ultimately they are in the driver’s seat,” she added.
Outside of her professional commitments, Lepsch enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors, going for walks, going to dirt track races, and car shows. She also takes pride in her passion project – a 1965 Cobra kit car that she built with some help in 2015.
We are excited to welcome Stacy Lepsch to the CCMG team and are confident that her expertise and education-centered approach will be a tremendous asset to our patients and the Northeast Wyoming community.
