CCH Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

Please be advised of the following Department and Service closures for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, November 28^th and Friday, November 29^th.

The Walk-In Clinic will take the last patient at 1 pm on Thanksgiving Day and resume normal business hours on Friday. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911. If you are in crisis and need to talk with a counselor please call 307-688-5555, or call or text 988.

Campbell County Health

• CCH Accounting Department will be open until 12 pm on Wednesday, November 27^th, and will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
• CCH Administration will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
• CCH Behavioral Health Services will be closed on Thursday and Friday. On-call crisis coverage is available 24/7.
• CCH Cardiac Cath Lab will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
• CCH Cardiac Rehab will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
• CCH Case Management will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
• CCH Chaplain Services available on-call.
• CCH Customer Assistants will not be available on Thursday. Will be available Friday from 7am-12pm.
• CCH Early Childhood Center will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
• CCH Emergency Medical Services will be open 24-hours every day for any health emergencies.
• CCH Gift Shoppe will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
• CCH Health & Wellness Screenings will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
• CCH Heptner Cancer Center: Radiation Oncology will be closed Thursday and Friday. Medical Oncology/Infusion will be closed Thursday and open from 7:30-10 am on Friday for limited infusions, hydrations and antibiotics that are already scheduled, no chemo treatments.
• CCH Home Health and Hospice will be closed on Thursday, and coverage is available on call.
• CCH Home Medical Resources office will be closed Thursday and Friday. On-all coverage is available for emergencies.
• CCH Human Resources will be open until 12 pm on Wednesday, November 27^th,2024 and will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
• CCH IT will be open until 1pm on Wednesday November 27^th, 2024, and will be closed Thursday and Friday. On call coverage is available.
• CCH Laboratory will be closed on Thursday and will open from 7 am-4:30 pm on Friday.
• CCH Marketing and Volunteer Services will be open until 12pm on Wednesday, November 27^th, 2024, and will be closed Thursday and Friday.
• CCH Materials Management will be closed on Thursday.
• CCH Medical Records will be closed Thursday and Friday.
• CCH Patient Access (Registration), near the main entrance of CCH, will be closed on Thursday; and will be open from 7 am-noon on Friday November 29^th, 2024. Patient Access at the Emergency Department is open both days.
• CCH Patient Experience will be closed Thursday and Friday.
• CCH Patient Financial Services will close at 2pm on Wednesday November 27^th, 2024, and will be closed on Thursday.
• CCH Pharmacy will be open for normal hours Thursday-Sunday. Pharmacist will be on call and all after hour orders will be verified by our tele-pharmacy. Tele pharmacy is also available for any inpatient medication related questions.
• CCH Professional Development offices will be closed Thursday and Friday.
• CCH Quality and Risk Management will be closed at 2 pm on Wednesday, November 27^th, 2024, and will be closed Thursday and Friday.
• CCH Radiology will be closed for outpatient services on Thursday and Friday with limited staff for emergencies.
• CCH Rehabilitation Services will be closed on Thursday and Friday for outpatients. Rehab staff will care for wound care patients and inpatients at CCH.
• CCH Respiratory Therapy: No outpatient testing or administrative support on Thursday.
• CCH Sleep Center will have no administrative support on Thursday or Friday.
• CCH Surgical Services will be closed on Thursday and Friday except for emergencies.
• CCH WYOS will be closed on both Thursday and Friday.

Clinics

• CCMG Cardiology will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
• CCMG Family Clinic in Hulett will be closed Thursday and Friday.
• CCMG Main Clinic (Family Practice, Geriatrics, Urology, Pediatrics, ENT and Neurology) will be closed Thursday and Friday.
• CCMG Occupational Health (located in the Walk-in Clinic) will be closed Thursday and will be open from 6 am-2 pm on Friday November 29^th, 2024.
• CCMG Third Floor Clinics (Diabetes Education; Nephrology and Complex Medicine; and Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine, Monoclonal antibody clinic) will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
• CCMG Kid Clinic will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
• CCMG Walk-in Clinic will take the last patient at 1 pm on Thanksgiving Day and will resume normal business hours on Friday.
• CCMG Wright Clinic will be closed on Thursday and Friday.
