"I feel so lucky to have such great care for my kiddo right at home. We are so blessed to have exceptional providers in our community." ~ Brittany Bucholz
On June 10, Brittany Bucholz shared an experience on her Facebook page that she and her son Brody had with the team of pediatricians at Campbell County Health.
"This brave little boy busted out of ICU today with the help of the super hero peds team at Campbell County Health. We are so thankful to be back home sleeping in our own beds tonight. Not all heroes wear capes, my friends,” she said.
Earlier, Brody was having difficulty breathing so Brittany took him to the Campbell County Memorial Hospital Emergency Department.
“Turns out he had the common cold but then had pneumonia and bronchiolitis. He literally had no symptoms the night before,” she posted. “I have always loved the whole peds team at the Main Clinic, but even more so now. I feel so lucky to have such great care for my kiddo right at home. We are so blessed to have exceptional providers in our community.”
Thank you, Brittany for sharing your story about Brody and your experience with our Pediatricians. We are so glad that Brody is on the mend, and hope he’s back to keeping you on your toes now.
One other topic that Brittany mentioned in her post was the importance of washing your hands! As we are sure you know, keeping your hands clean is your first line of defense from getting sick and spreading harmful germs and bacteria. Read more
