Programs feature real patients and their physicians, providing practical information in an easy to understand format that has proved to be effective and helpful. With Patient Channel© and the Newborn Channel© being available 24 hours a day, it helps support staff in fulfilling regulatory compliance, patient safety and other care initiatives. It also allows for staff to streamline education material. But the education doesn't end once the patient leaves the hospital. Patient Channel© and the Newborn Channel©, both have websites with access to the same great programs online with printable transcripts in both English and Spanish free to use after a simple registration process.
