Fees
Any associated fees will be in accordance with Wyoming state law.
Birth and Death Certificates
Birth and Death certificates are not available from Campbell County Health.
These records must be ordered from the Wyoming Department of Health, Vital
Statistics Services.

Advance Healthcare Directive
All adults can benefit from thinking about what their healthcare choices
would be if they are unable to speak for themselves. You have the right
to give instructions about your own healthcare. You also have the right
to name someone else to make healthcare decisions for you. Campbell County
Health helps you take control of your future healthcare and complete your
Advance Directive.
