Financial Assistance

Campbell County Health has established several payment options to assist patients who may face challenges paying their hospital bills. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm.

Our financial counselors have been trained to help you choose the payment option that best fits your needs.

These programs are designed for Campbell, Crook, and Weston County, Wyoming residents, living in the area for at least 3 months, who are unable to pay for care.

In House payment arrangements

Campbell County Health has a payment matrix to allow patients to extend their payments over a period of time until the account is paid in full.

Zero Interest Patient Financing

Campbell County Health provides the ClearBalance® patient-friendly payment option. The program is a zero-interest revolving credit account with flexible payment terms. Use the ClearBalance program to manage your out-of-pocket expenses, including deductibles and insurance copayments, for care at Campbell County Health and Powder River Surgical Center. Uninsured: Prompt Pay Discounts

A 10% discount is offered to self-pay patients when the total balance, minus the 20%, if paid in full within 30 days of the first bill.

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions

CCH has partnered with Elevate Patient Financial Solutions℠ to help CCH patients find sources that will pay for their medical bills, such as Chip, Crime Victim Services, Medicaid, SSDI, SSI, and Veteran benefits, among others. This service is available for free.

The eligibility advocate at CCH will help patients:

  • Understand what services are available to them that could help cover the costs of their medical bills by looking at government and charity programs
  • Gather paperwork and complete applications to apply for those services
  • And set up appointments with state case workers

If you have an appointment, below is a list of important documents we ask you bring with you:

  • Verification of all household income - previous three months
  • Copy of Social Security card and Driver's License
  • Copy of Birth Certificate for all members of the household
