Dr. Khan and Dr. Hoskinson have left Campbell County Medical Group (CCMG) as of June 30, 2021.
CCMG is fortunate to have a group of highly trained providers that can continue your care if you so desire. These providers include Internal Medicine Specialist Dr. Robert Neuwirth, along with nurse practitioners Candi Hallermann, Amy Hawk, Anne Jones, and Jenae Schoenike.
To continue to meet our communities healthcare needs, CCMG is merging the Internal Medicine clinic with the Complex Medicine clinic and is working diligently to recruit another Internal Medicine physician to join the group.
Your patient records will remain at Campbell County Medical Group, as you are a valued patient at the Internal Medicine clinic.
If you decide to see a physician at another practice not associated with CCMG, you may ask to have your records transferred. Simply call the office at 307-688-3636 and ask for a records release form to complete. You will need to come to the clinic to sign the records release form. There is no charge for transferring your records.
